What happens after I order from Hyper Networks for CES?
After you order an internet circuit from Hyper for CES, you will meet briefly with one of our trade show coordinators. They will learn your specific needs and help you identify where you’d like your circuit delivered inside your booth. They can also help with any other special requirements, like IP addresses, duplicate circuit drops, or renting equipment.
A day or two before you arrive, we will tag and test your circuit. We will continue to monitor your circuit during the event.
When you arrive on site, you will find an ethernet cable at the pre-designated location, where you can plug in your laptop or equipment. If you have any questions, you can always call us at 1-888-HYPER11 and one of our on-site engineers or remote support can assist you.
So, how does it work? Hyper Networks has your internet covered. Finding a telecom company to bring temporary service can be difficult and confusing. Big carriers are not built to provide big network connections for just a few days. That’s where we come in!
