1. Purpose

This document consolidates client and account contact information for use when notifying customers of outages, scheduled maintenance, or potential trouble, and when following up on open tickets.

2. Scope

Applies to all managed client accounts with a listed point of contact. Where multiple contacts exist for the same account, all are listed — use the one most relevant to the issue (e.g. network/IT contact for connectivity issues).

3. How to Use This Directory

  • Confirm the account is still active and managed in HubSpot/CRM before using a contact listed here.
  • If a contact listed has left the company or the information appears outdated, verify current details in HubSpot before relying on this document, and update this directory once confirmed.
  • For general/group inboxes (e.g. netops@, support@), any T1 associate may send to the address directly — no need to locate an individual name.

Data quality note

Several accounts in this section have no phone number on file. If a phone contact becomes available, add it here so associates are not limited to email-only outreach during time-sensitive notifications.

6. Do's and Don'ts

Do

  • Confirm the account and contact are current in HubSpot before sending a notification.
  • Use the network/IT contact for technical notifications when one is listed separately from a general contact.
  • Update this directory when a contact changes, leaves, or a new one is added — don't let it go stale.

Don't

  • Don't send sensitive account or circuit details to a personal email address if a company domain contact is available.
  • Don't assume a listed contact is still correct for accounts marked with the data quality note above — verify first.

7. Revision History

  • v1.0: Original list, inconsistent formatting (mixed name/no-name entries, varying phone formats, HubSpot hyperlinks embedded directly in a plain contact list).
  • v2.0: Reformatted into a standardized table (Company, Contact Name, Email, Phone) matching the SOP-T1 series style, assigned document ID REF-T1-02, and split into Primary and Additional contact sections by contact completeness. Standardized all phone number formats. No contact information was changed, added, or removed — only reformatted.
